Zat Elias is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Men's Wisdom Work, a pioneering organization dedicated to men's personal development, conscious leadership, and transformational inner work. Based in Austin, TX, he has spent decades developing a methodology that bridges therapeutic, somatic, and spiritual dimensions to help men become more integrated, embodied, and effective leaders, fathers, and lovers.
Zat holds a Master of Arts in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and has studied in the Tibetan Buddhist Nyingma tradition for over 30 years under teachers including Pema Khandro Rinpoche. His approach is informed by Jungian psychology, neuroscience, NLP, somatic work, and the teachings of David Deida and Michaela Boehm.
Through his flagship programs — including the Power and Presence Group, Men's Coach Training, and New Masculine Program — Zat has trained hundreds of men and coaches worldwide. He believes that authentic masculinity is a lived reality rather than an abstract philosophy, and that true leadership begins with deep inner work, emotional maturity, and relational skill.
