About Vanina
Vanina Pitsch is a personal and professional coach, leadership development specialist, and mindfulness facilitator based in Quebec. She spent a decade working in corporate human resources before pivoting to coaching — a path she found after her own deep personal transformation when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at 32. That experience led her to do the inner work and ultimately dedicate her life to helping others do the same.
She works primarily with professionals who feel stuck — in their careers, in major life transitions, or in difficult situations they can't see through clearly. Her approach blends structured coaching with mindfulness and embodiment practices, drawing on both her corporate background and a more intuitive, holistic side. The result is grounded support that moves you from overwhelm toward clarity and aligned action.
