Valéry van Gorp is an Amsterdam-based breath therapist, movement guide, and founder of Soul Movement. Drawing from her background in theatre, voice, and dance, she brings a performer's sense of authentic expression to her healing work — believing that connection with one's own body is both a creative act and a health necessity.
Her practice centers on conscious connected breathwork and Soul Movement, a method she developed blending breath, movement, and music to help people shift from their minds into their bodies. She trained at the Breath and Consciousness Academy, the only GPBA-accredited breathwork institute in the Netherlands.
Valéry works with individuals, groups, and organizations from a historic 130-year-old building in the heart of Amsterdam. Sessions are offered in both English and Dutch.

A comprehensive breathwork journey beginning with a 2-hour intake, followed by four sessions to deepen integration and anchor new patterns in daily life.
Soul Movement – Individual Session
