Tina Swithin knows what it's like to fight for your children in a family court system that wasn't built for cases involving a narcissist. In 2009, while representing herself in a high-stakes custody battle in California, she started a blog called One Mom's Battle — never expecting thousands of people worldwide were living the same nightmare.
Tina spent years learning the system from the inside: observing courtrooms, studying documentation, and developing a framework for operating from strategy rather than emotion. Against serious odds, she successfully protected her daughters and turned that hard-won experience into a mission.
Today One Mom's Battle is a global community of over 250,000 people. Tina has authored multiple books on divorcing a narcissist and helped pass family court reform legislation in several states. She now trains and certifies High Conflict Divorce Coaches who carry her approach to people still in the trenches. While Tina herself no longer takes new clients, her certified coaches offer the same strategic, grounded support she pioneered.
