Tiffany Hicks is a licensed therapist and the founder of Butterfly Effect Counseling in Frisco, Texas. She works with driven professionals, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and the kind of perfectionism that keeps capable people stuck in patterns they've outgrown.
Her work is organized around The Unleashed Way™ — a coaching framework she developed that moves clients through three stages: Root, Reclaim, Rewire. She also offers a shorter 6-session Unleashed Reset™ for those who need to find their footing before committing to deeper work.
Beyond her client practice, Tiffany holds her LPC-S credential and authored Unloved to Unleashed. She mentors LPC Associates through clinical supervision, and sees clients virtually across Texas.
