Thomas Edward works with men carrying the long aftermath of childhood sexual abuse and complex trauma. His work is shaped by lived experience, and that gives him a grounded, direct way of meeting shame, silence, fear, and the isolation many survivors know too well.
He blends trauma-informed coaching with nervous system support, relational healing, and body-based awareness. Thomas focuses on helping men make sense of patterns around intimacy, anger, anxiety, self-worth, and disconnection so they can build a steadier, more honest life.
Since 2001, he has led workshops, retreats, and programs for male survivors, creating spaces where men can speak openly, feel less alone, and move toward real healing.
