Tess Palma-Martinez is a sound healing practitioner and mentor based in Saratoga Springs, New York. Through Completely Golden, she works with women and seekers who want more clarity, deeper self-trust, and a grounded connection to their own energy and inner direction.
Her work blends sound healing, hypnotherapy-informed practices, somatic tools, meditation, and spiritual insight. Tess describes her approach as bringing the spiritual into practical reality, with a strong interest in how sound and the body interact.
