T'Edra Knox is a faith-based coach, trainer, and speaker based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who guides individuals through the intersection of personal growth, career clarity, and spiritual purpose. She founded The CROWNED LIFE — a platform rooted in her conviction that God creates, protects, and crowns each person with a unique assignment.
Her work is deeply personal. A season of brokenness, depression, and lost self-worth led T'Edra to seek her own path back to wholeness — and that journey became the foundation of everything she teaches. She started sharing her struggles publicly to encourage others, and that simple act grew into a full coaching and training practice.
T'Edra holds a Master's in Human Resources from Pepperdine University and is an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach. She brings corporate expertise alongside her faith, making her a natural fit for professionals who want their work life and spiritual life to move in the same direction.
