About Tara
Tara Meegan co-founds Embodied Awakening Academy and offers 1:1 tantra work in-person and online. She meets clients around trauma, stuckness, relationships, sexuality, self-worth, and the places where the body is holding on.
Her style is somatic and grounded. She works with body-based protocols, breath, movement, touch, and nervous-system awareness to help people feel what is underneath the pattern and integrate it with more ease.
Clients come to her for support with intimacy, couples work, emotional regulation, and deeper self-trust. Her sessions aim to create enough safety for honest feeling, so change can happen without force.
