Raised as the only child of Indian immigrant parents in Toronto, Tanya spent her formative years navigating between two worlds: the cultural expectations of home and her own unfolding identity. When she lost her six-figure job and her marriage in the span of six weeks in 2018, years of personal development work helped her see the breakdown as an opening. She became a coach to help others find the same kind of clarity without having to hit rock bottom first.
