Tami Cook is the founder of The Somatic Alchemist, a holistic practice rooted in touch therapy and bodymind balance. Her work is centered on helping people reconnect with themselves through an approach that honors the body, mind, and spirit together.
Her background blends aesthetics, bodywork, psychology, and education. She studied holistic aesthiology at the AVEDA Institute in Washington, DC, then continued at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, where she trained in modalities including deep tissue massage, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, Reiki, cupping, and more. That mix gives her work a grounded, integrative feel that supports both physical care and deeper self-awareness.
