About Suzanne
Suzanne Hanna is a life coach and former high school assistant principal who has spent 25 years in and around the lives of teenage and college-age women. Based near Winston-Salem, North Carolina, she works one-on-one with teen and college girls who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or quietly stuck — the ones who look like they have it together but are second-guessing everything on the inside.
Her approach draws on decades of watching young women navigate academic pressure, social dynamics, and identity questions up close. Rather than offering a clinical framework, Suzanne creates a judgment-free space where girls can speak honestly and walk away with real, usable steps. Clients describe her as the person who helps them remember what they already know.
Suzanne holds an Ed.S. in Education and Supervision from Clemson University and a certification in Affective Liminal Psychology. She also speaks at schools, sorority chapters, and parent groups on topics like managing stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation.
