Suhad is a somatic trauma therapist based in London, working with people who carry the effects of trauma in their bodies long after their minds have tried to move on. Trained at the Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy Institute (IBMT) and in Somatic Experiencing (Year 2), she focuses on PTSD and the nervous system's role in stored trauma.
Her sessions use hands-on bodywork, movement re-patterning, and breathwork — working with the body's innate capacity to heal rather than relying solely on talk therapy. A distinctive part of her practice is developmental and birth trauma: she helps rework pre-verbal, in-utero patterns through specialised bodywork that addresses the nervous, endocrine, immune, and fluid systems.
She also supports people navigating chronic pain, auto-immune conditions, and post-psychedelic integration. She sees clients in person in Brixton, Vauxhall, and Marylebone, and offers sessions online.
