About Sue
Sue DeSanto, LCSW, is a relationship coach and licensed clinical social worker based in San Diego, CA with over 25 years of experience helping people move through doubts and fears around relationships. Drawing on her own journey as a divorced mother who once struggled with the same patterns, Sue developed a proven coaching method that helps singles identify what's been blocking them from love.
Sue's work centers on the belief that we must first become the best version of ourselves before we can build a healthy partnership. Her signature 12-Week Program guides clients step by step through uncovering blind spots, understanding relationship patterns, and developing the clarity and confidence to attract the right partner.
Sue works with professionals and singles who have a good life but feel something is missing — people who are tired of repeating the same relationship cycles. Her approach blends her clinical background with coaching tools, compassion, and practical exercises to help clients rewrite their relationship story.

12-Week Relationship Coaching Program
12 weeks (9 x 1-hour sessions) / In person & virtual
A 3-month commitment to become a successful single and attract your life partner. Includes 3 one-hour coaching sessions per month (9 total), email support between sessions, workbook and exercises. Helps identify patterns, build clarity and confidence, and develop a mindful approach to dating.
Ongoing Monthly Coaching
Monthly / In person & virtual
Continued coaching on a month-to-month basis after the initial 12-Week Program for clients who want to continue building on their foundation.
Walk and Talk Coaching
1 hour / In person
In-person coaching sessions in nature for San Diego-area clients. Combines movement with coaching to increase mind/body awareness, ground clients in the moment, and open access to creative thoughts.
