About Somatic
Somatic Coaching Academy was founded by Ani Anderson (OT, LMT, CEMP) and Brian Trzaskos (PT, LMT, CSCS, CMI), two holistic practitioners who built thriving private-pay wellness centers before combining forces to train practitioners worldwide. Together they developed three proprietary methods — CORE CENTERING™, CROSS MAPPING METHOD™, and SENSATION-BASED MOTIVATION COACHING® — that produce what clients describe as miracle-like results.
The Academy is home to the only sensation-based somatic coaching programs in the world, certifying practitioners at three progressive levels and serving organizational leaders seeking sustainable nervous system reprogramming. Beyond certification, they offer private coaching deep-dives and multi-month programs to help individuals uncover purpose, dismantle self-sabotage, and build lives of greater ease and flow.
