Soken Graf is a Buddhist priest, Certified Advanced Rolfer, and spiritual life coach based in New York City. After 12 years of monastic Zen training, his teacher encouraged him to bring his practice into the world, leading him to found a Zen center in San Francisco and begin formal Rolfing studies in 2006. He spent years training with holistic healers across the US and Europe before establishing Bodhi Heart in NYC in 2016.
Soken's practice integrates Rolfing Structural Integration, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, SourcePoint Therapy, spiritual life coaching, and meditation — offering a genuinely holistic approach to wellbeing. He works with entrepreneurs, executives, designers, and creatives, and has consulted with organizations including the American Management Association on mindful leadership. He is also a published author with essays in The Millions and the Poetry Foundation.
Soken divides his time between New York and North Carolina, where he leads a Buddhist temple in the foothills of Asheville. His philosophy centers on restoring peace of mind by addressing the body, mind, and spirit as one unified whole.
