Sara Belt runs Energy Light Healing in Wichita and works with women across the US by phone or Zoom. Her focus is helping people clear emotional blocks, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with what feels true for them.
Her work blends Reiki, Matrix Energetics, Rapid Transformational Therapy, and Akashic Record readings. She tends to work at the root of a pattern rather than only the symptom, creating space for release, clarity, and a different way of moving forward.
