About Ryan
Ryan Holley is a relationship coach who specializes in emotional intelligence and attachment styles. A U.S. Air Force veteran and father of four, he brings a grounded, no-nonsense perspective to the often confusing world of romantic relationships. His work draws on years of training with a psychotherapist mentor and solid psychology research.
Ryan helps clients understand why they keep ending up in the same painful dynamics — and how to actually change that. A central theme in his work is helping people see the difference between "their stuff" and their partner's stuff, so they can stop second-guessing themselves and start building real emotional intimacy.
He offers one-on-one coaching, live workshops, and self-paced courses covering topics like avoidant attachment, trauma bonding, gaslighting recovery, and communication. He also authored a 26-week relationship transformation guide available on Amazon.
