Ruby Sheng Nichols is the founder of The Shift, a BIPOC-centered healing community in Los Angeles. She began her career in brand strategy, then moved through burnout and postpartum depression into a more spiritual path.
Her work now centers on Akashic Records and Tarot, which she uses in readings, energy healing, meditations, workshops, group programs, and mentorship. She creates a grounded, culturally aware space for people who want clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to their own truth.
