About Roxanna
Roxanna Rawson is a health coach and the founder of Compassionate Body Listening. After being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Lyme disease in 2011 and spending years bed bound and housebound, she developed a gentle method centered on listening to the body with compassion.
Her work supports people living with CFS, long Covid, fibromyalgia, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. She helps clients build safety in the body, reduce crashes, and strengthen their capacity for rest, regulation, and everyday life.
What makes her approach distinctive is its emphasis on inner authority rather than pushing through symptoms. She combines nervous system education with a compassionate, body-led process that helps people respond to what their system needs in each moment.
