Rick Belden is a men's coach, poet, and author who has spent more than 35 years exploring the psychology and inner lives of men. His own healing journey — which began in 1987 with the help of other men who were farther down the path — forms the foundation of how he shows up for clients today.
His work centers on helping men reconnect with parts of themselves that were lost or abandoned in childhood, with particular depth around what he calls the Father Wound and Mother Wound. He also works with grief and loss, childhood trauma and Complex PTSD, and men who identify as highly sensitive. Rather than surface-level fixes, Rick helps clients trace patterns back to their roots, develop emotional awareness, and build practical strategies for real forward motion.
Rick works virtually via Zoom with clients from around the world — he's served men and women across 23 countries. His approach is flexible and tailored to each person, combining deep listening, body and emotional awareness, dream exploration, imagination, and accountability.
