Rebecca Thorpe is a UK-based transformation coach who works primarily with women feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from who they really are. She trained as a Belief Coding® Facilitator — a method that blends NLP, CBT, EFT, meditation, and kinesiology to access and reprogram the subconscious beliefs driving negative patterns. She also practices Reiki and Soul Plan readings, weaving a spiritual dimension into her otherwise practical work.
Rebecca offers both one-to-one sessions and group coaching programmes, including her 6-week 'Achieve Inner Freedom' course, which teaches clients how to rewire negative thinking, build confidence, and step into a more fulfilling life.
