Rebecca Jax is the founder of JAX Healing Retreats and creator of the JAX Method — a trauma-informed approach to somatic healing that weaves together Kundalini energy work, breathwork, bodywork, and nervous system repair. With nearly a decade of experience and having trained over 100 facilitators in her method, she's known for grounded, intuitive facilitation and her ability to hold space for deep, lasting transformation.
Her path into healing began through profound personal loss — after her brother Jack died by suicide in 2018, Rebecca devoted herself to understanding how trauma lives in the body and how energy, when safely accessed, can unlock emotional release, healing, and freedom. JAX is named in his honor.
Rebecca leads immersive in-person retreats in Bali, online healing sessions, and advanced facilitator trainings. Her approach is built on the belief that real healing comes not through fixing, but through feeling safe enough to return to who you truly are. She is currently based between Bali and Australia.
