About Rahil
Rahil is a certified life coach and image consultant who helps people move from stuck to living with intention. Her path into coaching grew out of her own experience navigating body image struggles, anxiety, and self-worth challenges — and that personal history grounds how she works with clients today.
She draws on REBT, psychotherapy principles, child psychology, and relationship counseling to help clients uncover what's holding them back and build a clear plan for moving forward. Sessions are one-on-one and virtual, with options ranging from a single 60-minute call to a three-month program that includes ongoing Voxer support between sessions.
Beyond private coaching, Rahil works with children through school enrichment programs, teaching personality development, etiquette, and life skills — reflecting a belief that this kind of work matters at every age.
