About Rachel
Rachel Kahn is a certified relationship coach and health coach based in Del Mar, California. She works with singles who want to date more intentionally — helping them get clear on what they're actually looking for and building the confidence to go after it — and with couples looking to deepen their connection, improve communication, or prepare for the next step.
Rachel's approach is grounded in the idea that the quality of your romantic relationships reflects the quality of your relationship with yourself. She draws on her background in nutrition and health to take a holistic view, recognizing that physical wellness and emotional availability are closely linked.
Before focusing on relationship coaching, Rachel spent five years as a clinical health coach in healthcare and has worked as a corporate wellness consultant. She also holds a yoga teaching certification and brings that mind-body awareness into her work with clients.
