Prudence Henschke is a CDC Certified Divorce Coach and former Accredited Family Law Specialist based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. With more than 20 years in family law — practicing in London, Adelaide, and Melbourne, and founding her own family law firm — she brings a rare blend of legal expertise and coaching skill to the divorce process.
She began divorce coaching in 2018 after seeing that her legal clients needed more than a lawyer could offer: practical guidance, emotional steadiness, and a clear map through an overwhelming process. In 2022, she relocated to the Sunshine Coast and shifted her focus exclusively to coaching.
Prudence works one-on-one with people navigating separation and divorce, helping them understand their options, prepare for key moments like mediation or lawyer meetings, and make clear-headed decisions amid emotional chaos. Her approach is calm and strategic — she keeps clients focused on outcomes while making space for what they're carrying.
