About Preston

Preston Smiles is a personal freedom and abundance coach who works with spiritually-minded people ready to break free from the shame, trauma, and limiting money beliefs that keep them stuck. His approach blends over 15 years of client work with three core pillars: somatics, strategy, and massive action — helping people reprogram their minds, retrain their nervous systems, and align their energy with the abundant life they want.

Rather than following a fixed methodology, Preston reads what each client actually needs in the moment and pulls from a wide range: NLP, breathwork, Gestalt therapy, trauma release, ontological coaching, and Vedic meditation, among others. Sessions go deep quickly, and he stays engaged between calls through accountability check-ins and hands-on weekly assignments.

Beyond one-on-one coaching, Preston leads The Bridge Experience workshop, runs the Spiritual Millionaire Academy group program, and hosts the Preston Smiles Show podcast. He's the author of "Love Louder" and "Spiritual Millionaire" and is based in Austin, Texas with his wife Alexi Panos and their three children.
