Phoebe Greenacre is a somatic therapist, nervous system mentor, and yoga and meditation teacher based in Bali. After co-founding an international fashion brand and exiting, she found that real success requires a regulated body, not just a better plan. Burnout, motherhood, and grief became the foundation of her work.
She helps women understand their nervous systems, process the emotions they've been carrying, and shift the subconscious patterns keeping them stuck. Rather than talk-heavy therapy, her sessions are body-led — slowing down to notice sensation, breath, and what the body has stored.
Phoebe works one-on-one through somatic therapy online, offers relational sessions for couples and co-founders, and mentors entrepreneurs who want growth without burning out their system.
