Peter Eugène Bennett is a personal development coach and Director of Sacred Sons Europe, based in Sintra, Portugal. With over a decade in senior creative roles at Russia Today UK, MTV, Vice Media, and BBC, he understands the pressures of high performance from the inside — and the hollow cost that can come with it.

After his own burnout and a transformative Vipassana retreat, Peter left his media career on the summer solstice and devoted himself to guiding accomplished professionals through what he calls the "success paradox" — the experience of achieving everything externally while feeling something essential is missing.

Peter integrates executive performance coaching with somatic practices, breathwork, and men's work, drawing on his role facilitating leadership gatherings across Europe for Sacred Sons. His philosophy is simple: struggle becomes freedom when you stop running from it.
