About Peggy
Peggy Gaines is a nurse educator and meditation and Reiki teacher based in South Florida. Her work was shaped by personal loss and by years of using meditation and Reiki to stay steady through stress and uncertainty.
She now helps clients use meditation to calm the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect with a sense of balance. Her approach is practical and grounded in her nursing background, with an emphasis on tools people can use in everyday life.
Peggy teaches Reiki and meditation classes, offers one-on-one sessions, and leads programs in Miami, New York City, and online.
