Paul Spinella holds a master's degree in psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he also completed graduate coursework in Marriage and Family Therapy. He works as a relationship and love coach, specializing in a phenomenon most people don't have a word for — limerence, that intense, often painful obsession with another person that can feel like love but often isn't.
