Nissrine Boufawaz is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Certified NLP Practitioner with a Master's in Health Coaching & Neuro Linguistic Programming. She works primarily with women in midlife—their 30s, 40s, and 50s—helping them navigate the physical and emotional shifts that come with this stage of life through practical, personalized support.
Her approach blends nutrition, lifestyle habits, and mindset coaching into one integrated practice. Sessions cover everything from eating habits and meal planning to sleep, stress, movement, and self-care routines—alongside the beliefs and thought patterns that can quietly keep people stuck. She uses NLP and journaling as core tools for building self-awareness and shifting perspective.
Nissrine came to this work through personal experience—managing her own autoimmune condition through nutritional therapy, then returning to school in 2016 at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to formalize her knowledge. She brings a grounded, no-pressure style: she meets clients where they are, encourages small and steady steps, and focuses on building a sustainable foundation rather than quick fixes.
