Nathan is a certified Co-Active coach and former corporate executive who founded Elevate with Purpose after his own career pivot. He works with founders, C-level leaders, and couples — helping them bridge purpose and performance across career, business, and relationships.
With two decades in business — including leading major consumer brands at Kraft and Dannon — Nathan brings a grounded, real-world lens to coaching. He holds a CPCC certification, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and is a certified yoga teacher. He also founded a men's group that has been featured in The New York Times and GQ.
His work spans three core programs: EMBEDDED, a year-long executive coaching engagement for founders and leadership teams; Relation-Ship, a four-week couples coaching intensive; and Rocket Ship, a group career transition program. He integrates strategy, mindset, and embodied practices — helping clients move from stuck to purposeful in work and life.

Year-long, 360-degree coaching and facilitation for founders and leadership teams. Three pillars: CEO coaching (vision, strategy, leadership), team development (high performance, trust, conflict resolution), and quarterly offsite facilitation (strategic planning, team cohesion, health and renewal).
Relation-Ship
4 sessions (90 min each) / Virtual
A 4-week couples coaching intensive using a Clear-Connect-Align-Build framework. Four 90-minute 2:1 sessions via Zoom to help romantic partners release past resentments, deepen connection, create a shared life plan, and walk the first steps together.
Rocket Ship
5 weeks (group) + 1 x 1:1 session / Virtual
A 5-week group career transition program for people ready to change careers or find their dream job. Covers purpose discovery, roadmap building, overcoming inner saboteurs, and identifying your genius zone. Includes 5 weekly 90-minute group sessions plus a 1:1 deep dive with Nathan.
