Natalia Juarez is a breakup coach and dating strategist based in Toronto who founded Lovistics in 2013 after navigating her own romantic hardships—including a toxic seven-year relationship and a painful broken engagement at 30. That journey took her through 88 dates, over 100 relationship books, three therapists, and a $10,000 life coach before she discovered the role of attachment theory in love and heartbreak.

Today she works with men and women around the world through breakups, divorce, getting back with an ex, and relationship limbo. Her signature BetterBreakups Method™ combines attachment theory, grief recovery work, and structured planning to help clients move from devastated to genuinely empowered.
