About Morgan
Morgan King is a spiritual life coach who works with high-achieving women caught in cycles of striving, proving, and waiting for life to feel like enough. Her path into this work came through her own unraveling — a divorce in 2016 that cracked open deep questions about purpose and identity, followed by years of continued pushing that eventually led to burnout, high blood pressure, and adrenal fatigue.
Her coaching focuses on the internal shift beneath the surface — helping women uncover the patterns and beliefs that keep them living from pressure rather than presence. She works with the nervous system, identity-level thinking, and the stories women carry about worth and achievement. The result isn't more striving toward a better version — it's learning to relate to yourself and your life differently.
Morgan offers three-month private coaching, single activation sessions, and a monthly membership for women who want steady support without the intensity of one-on-one work. She works virtually with clients.
