About Morgan
Morgan is a trauma-informed coach based in Northern California who supports women in finding more safety in their bodies, more trust in themselves, and more steadiness in daily life. Her work centers on nervous system regulation, somatic healing, breathwork, and inner child work, with a gentle focus on helping clients move through fear, shame, grief, and old patterns.
She brings both training and lived experience to the work. Morgan often supports people who have already done some healing or therapy and want a more embodied path forward, including those navigating codependency, anxious attachment, religious deconstruction, and the long process of learning self-trust.

A 12-week all-inclusive coaching program focused on nervous system regulation, self-love, and building a life clients love. Includes weekly one-to-one sessions, Voxer support, and access to breathwork sessions and workshops.
1-to-1 Coaching

Private 50-minute sessions tailored to the client, which may include Somatic Experiencing, inner child work, nervous system regulation, and practical tools.
Somatic Release Breathwork
