About Monica
Monica Yates is a women's trauma healing and feminine embodiment coach based in Los Angeles. She works primarily with high-achieving women who have built impressive lives but feel disconnected from their femininity — stuck in control mode, exhausted, and cut off from softness and pleasure. Her approach goes beyond talk therapy or mindset work: she uses somatic healing, nervous system reprogramming, and what she calls her "Monica Modalities" to address trauma at the root.
Monica also works with men through her program "The Man," helping them release trauma and step into deeper fulfillment and leadership. Her broader teachings explore masculine/feminine polarity, relationships, manifestation, and hormonal health. She hosts the "Feminine as F*ck" podcast, which has surpassed 2.2 million listens, and is the author of the New York Times and USA Today bestseller *Becoming HER*.
