Michelle Lynn is a transformational coach and embodiment teacher who has been supporting women for more than a decade. Before stepping fully into this work, she led postpartum support groups, ran virtual communities, coordinated wellness events for an international women's organization, and worked as a freelance writer — all threads that converged into her calling to guide women back into themselves.
Michelle's approach centers on the body as the gateway to deeper aliveness. She weaves together feminine embodiment practices, somatic movement, and nervous system work to help women who feel numb, disconnected, or like they're living someone else's life. Her work addresses the gap between knowing something intellectually and actually feeling it in your bones.
She offers coaching, body wisdom classes, online courses, and group immersions like Wild Mystic Feminine — a 90-day journey through feminine archetypes.
