About Michelle

Michelle Elman is a London-based life coach, author, and media personality known for her candid, compassionate approach to body image, boundaries, and self-worth. Qualified as a Master NLP Practitioner, Master NLP Coach, Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner, and Master Hypnotherapist — with a degree in Psychology — she founded Mindset For Life in 2014 and has become a recognisable voice in the mental health space.

Her work draws on personal experience: having undergone multiple surgeries herself, she launched the Scarred Not Scared campaign to help others feel seen and less alone. That honesty and lived vulnerability runs through everything she does — from her TEDx talk to her five best-selling books on self-esteem, boundaries, and relationships.
