With over 30 years of experience studying the mind-body-spirit connection, she helps individuals and organizations manage stress, process emotions, and reprogram limiting beliefs through a blend of neuroscience, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence practices.
Drawing from her own journey through chronic anxiety, depression, workaholism, and emotional trauma, Michele developed a deeply personal and empathic approach to healing. Her path led her to mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, brain training, and plant medicines — tools that catalyzed her own profound transformation.
