About Melissa
Melissa is a Human Design educator and former teacher based in Calgary. She began Melissa Holistic in 2014 as a nutrition-focused practice, later added aromatherapy, and eventually centered her work on Human Design.
She helps women, moms, and people in transition understand their energy, make clearer decisions, and feel less stuck in paths that do not fit. Her style is grounded and supportive, with an emphasis on self-understanding, aligned action, and learning to trust how you are built.
