Melissa Ghelarducci Hancock is a Pittsburgh-based Certified Divorce Coach who knows firsthand what it feels like to have your world fall apart. After ending a 20-year relationship marked by infidelity, abuse, and the weight of raising kids largely on her own, she found her calling in helping others navigate the same overwhelming terrain.
She works one-on-one with people who are contemplating divorce, mid-process, or trying to rebuild after it's over — helping them manage the emotional chaos, understand their legal and financial options, and make clear-headed decisions for themselves and their children. Her signature DONE Method™ gives clients a structured path through the process.
Melissa holds CDC certification in High Conflict Divorce Resolution, Co-parenting, and Trauma-Informed coaching, as well as a background in child development and early intervention — which means she brings a particularly grounded perspective when kids are involved. She also hosts retreats for women ready to step into their next chapter.
