Meg is a somatic therapist and EFT practitioner who works with people navigating trauma, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and the complicated ways they tend to collide. She's AuDHD herself and lives with complex PTSD — which gives her a grounded, firsthand understanding of what it's like to carry invisible weight in the body, and what it genuinely takes to start releasing it.
Her work centers on EFT (emotional freedom techniques), a somatic approach that blends elements of talking therapy, acupressure, and nervous system regulation. Rather than processing things only cognitively, Meg helps clients work with the body where trauma actually lives — learning to regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and gradually return to themselves.
She also offers a specialized service called Deep Dive Ocean Therapy, for scuba divers, divemasters, and trauma survivors working through water-based fear or anxiety. Sessions are entirely client-led — Meg follows whatever clients bring, at whatever pace feels right for them.
