Mary Harding is a life coach specializing in recovery from narcissistic abuse. She grew up with a parent with narcissistic personality disorder, experienced domestic violence, and left home at 16 to begin rebuilding herself. When her father died and she hit rock bottom, she turned to hypnotherapy, CBT, and life coaching — tools that eventually shaped her entire practice.
She spent years working in banking and the NHS, including managing patient complaints, before formally training as a life coach under Jacqueline Hurst, the UK's leading coach for Peak Mental Fitness. That combination of lived experience and professional training gives her a grounded, practical approach to working with clients who've been through similar cycles of manipulation and self-doubt.
Mary works with people recovering from narcissistic relationships — helping them calm their nervous systems, recognize manipulation patterns, set boundaries that hold, and create low/no contact plans suited to their real circumstances. She also offers general life coaching around confidence, career direction, body image, and healthy relationships. Sessions are calm, practical, and always client-paced.
