Lucia G. Onieva is a somatic embodiment coach who works with high-achieving women ready to move beyond external success into a life that feels fully alive. Her signature E.M.B.O.DY. Method blends breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system work, and alchemical processes to help women release inherited identity patterns stored in the body — not just the mind.
Her work centers on the premise that real transformation isn't conceptual — it happens in the tissue. Rather than offering strategies or mindset reframes, Lucia creates containers where women physically unravel what no longer serves and step into what she calls embodied clarity: knowing what's true before you think it.
She works with clients through 6–12 month 1-on-1 coaching engagements and immersive retreats, including luxury jungle experiences in Costa Rica.
