About Lisa

Lisa Guyman is a Reiki Master, Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, and certified hypnotherapist based in Denver, Colorado. She founded Lisa Guyman Reiki & Meditation in 1997 after leaving a seven-year corporate HR career to follow a calling she'd felt since discovering meditation at age 16. Over the past 25+ years she's trained more than 1,500 students in Reiki and meditation across the country and online.

Her path weaves together Reiki, Primordial Sound Meditation, Yoga Nidra, EFT, and spiritual coaching — a range that reflects decades of serious study with teachers like Gary Craig (EFT) and Donna Eden, alongside a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She runs in-person workshops in Denver and Michigan and teaches online via Zoom, making her accessible to students wherever they are.

Lisa is warm and deeply experienced without being esoteric about it. Students consistently describe her as patient, grounded, and genuinely passionate about helping people access their own healing capacity.
