Lion Carew is a men's embodiment coach, breathwork facilitator, and somatic guide based in Vancouver, BC. He works with high-achieving men who feel disconnected from their bodies, stuck in relationships, or carrying shame around sexuality and purpose.
His approach blends somatic movement, breathwork, nervous system practices, sacred sexuality, and Human Design to help men reconnect with their masculine essence and life force energy. He's known for creating a safe container where men can explore emotional and physical dimensions often left untouched in traditional coaching.
Beyond one-on-one work, Lion facilitates plant medicine retreats in Peru and offers courses on men's sexual healing and embodied masculinity.
