About Lilly
Lilly Rachels is a men's relationship coach and MSW based in Nashville, Tennessee. She works with senior leaders and executives who've mastered staying calm in the boardroom but find themselves shutting down or snapping at home — men who hear "you're never really here" and don't know how to fix it.
Her approach centers on nervous system regulation and somatic work rather than talk therapy. Using her Blueprint Awareness Method, she helps men identify the deep relational patterns keeping them reactive, understand where those patterns came from, and build actual capacity for presence and connection — not just better communication scripts.
Lilly holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and has training in Relational Life Therapy and somatic trauma renegotiation. She's a former therapist and personal trainer, co-founder of Relational Somatics, and host of the Growth Over Easy podcast. She also runs a Substack, Relearn Relationships, for overthinkers navigating attachment and communication patterns.

★★★★★
"Working with Lilly has been a transformative experience. One of the most valuable aspects of her coaching is her emphasis on the connection between the physical and emotional self. Lilly listens with genuine empathy and without judgment, making it easy to be vulnerable and open. Much of the work we've done has focused on inner growth, helping me realize my own autonomy and power—reminding me that I am not a victim but fully in command of my own path. She brings a sense of accountability, formality, and capability to each session. Hire her."
