Kurt Hines has spent over 27 years coaching high school football on both coasts — from New Hampshire to California — turning sidelines into classrooms for life. His approach goes well beyond game plans and reps; he's known for helping young men find their "why" and develop the character they'll carry long after the final whistle blows.
Whether speaking to a locker room or a boardroom, Kurt's message is consistent: great coaching has everything to do with people and very little to do with plays. He works with sports teams, schools, and businesses to build winning cultures where everyone — players, coaches, and staff alike — feels genuinely empowered to achieve more than they thought possible.
Kurt is the author of Called to Empower and has been featured on ESPN, the New York Post, and USA Football. A husband of 30 years, father of four, and grandfather of two, he brings a grounded, faith-informed perspective to leadership that his players and their families have called life-changing.
