Kristen Ripmaster spent over 20 years in corporate leadership — rising to President and COO — before a quiet moment in Spain showed her the gap between building a successful life and actually living it. That clarity led her to launch Ripmaster Coaching in 2024.
She works with high-achieving women, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders who feel successful on the outside but flat or disconnected on the inside. Her coaching digs into the inner critic, the should-based decisions, and the identity drift that quietly accumulate after years of high performance — helping clients reconnect with who they actually are beneath the achievement.
Kristen brings both strategic sharpness and genuine emotional depth to her work, drawing on two decades of building teams and navigating C-suite complexity. She's based in Asheville, NC, and works with clients virtually and in person.
